Minfocus Exploration Corp. signed an agreement with Tsay Keh Dene First Nation establishing a framework for the ongoing engagement, communications and consultations over the company's Coral zinc project in British Columbia.

The deal also envisions eventually establishing a further more extensive agreement as the drilling and exploration program at the property becomes more advanced, Minfocus said in a Dec. 19 release.
