Swiss-German investor Invision Private Equity AG acquired a stake in Reisenthel Accessoires GmbH & Co. KG.

Financial details were not disclosed.

Reisenthel's founder, Peter Reisenthel, will support the company as an advisory board member. Other family members, management and the entire staff retain their positions.

Reisenthel manufactures shopping baskets, bags and trolleys for shopping, travel, cosmetics and children.
