London StockExchange Group Plc said July 7 that its planned with has satisfied U.S.and Russian merger control conditions.

The Russian Antimonopoly Service issued a clearance decisionin respect of the merger, and all required notifications to U.S. merger controlauthorities have been made. Completion of the merger remains to the fulfilment or waiver ofother conditions.
