Royal Bank of Scotland Group PLC priced $1.75 billion of fixed-rate to floating-rate notes that will mature in 2029.

The British lender said May 16 that it would use proceeds from the transaction to fund its general banking business.

The offering is expected to close May 18, subject to the satisfaction of customary conditions.
