Bank of Zhengzhou Co. Ltd. is looking to further extend the validity period of its planned IPO in China to Sept. 26, 2019.

The bank said March 22 that it plans to extend the validity period for another twelve months as its application for the IPO is still in progress. The current validity period for the planned IPO is until Sept. 26.
