HSBC Asia-Pacific chief risk officer to retire by year-end

HSBC Holdings PLC's chief risk officer for Asia-Pacific, Mark McKeown, will retire by the end of this year, Hong Kong's Apple Daily reported Aug. 12, citing foreign media.

Ed Jenkins set to replace him in the role in September, the report said.

It follows earlier news that HSBC Group CEO John Flint will leave his role "amid a challenging global environment," and the lender's Greater China head of operation Helen Wong is also leaving the bank.
