BOC Aviation issues US$500M of floating-rate notes

Singapore-based BOC Aviation Ltd. issued US$500 million of floating-rate notes due 2021.

The notes were issued May 2 and will be listed and quoted in the country's bond market May 3.

BOCI Asia Ltd., Citigroup Global Markets Singapore Pte. Ltd., DBS Bank Ltd., The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corp. Ltd., J.P. Morgan (S.E.A.) Ltd., Wells Fargo Securities LLC, MUFG Securities EMEA plc and Westpac Banking Corp. Ltd. served as lead managers and book runners of the notes.

BOC Aviation is an aircraft operating leasing unit of Bank of China Ltd.
