Ram Resources Ltd.said April 26 that, following the receipt of permits of works, it plans to initiatea maiden drill program at the West Kimberley nickel-copper project in Western Australialater in the week.
The drill program comprises 1,500 meters of drilling and willfocus on three high-priority bedrock conductors under the first phase.
The conductors were identified last year following a ground survey.
As part of its preparation, Ram Resources has paid the secondoption fee of A$60,000 to extendfor an additional 12 months its option to acquire an 80% stake in the project.
Down-hole electromagnetic surveys may be used to further defineconductors, the company noted.
