RET Holdings LLC has sold its 102-MW Coram wind facility in Kern County, Calif., to a Consolidated Edison Development Inc. subsidiary, according to a Dec. 29 FERC notice.
The wind project supplies power to PG&E Corp. subsidiary Pacific Gas and Electric Co. under a 20-year contract. The transaction was cleared by FERC Dec. 15 and completed Dec. 20.
RET Holdings is a subsidiary of RET Capital, and Consolidated Edison Development is owned by Consolidated Edison Inc. (FERC docket EC17-17)
