Streamline Health Solutions Inc., a healthcare equipment and integrated solutions provider, said its board appointed Wyche Green III as a director of the company.

Green is the former CEO, executive chairman and co-founder of Greenway Medical Health, an electronic health record and practice management based in Carrollton, Ga.

Atlanta-based Streamline Health also said Michael Kaplan and Michael Valentine will serve the remainder of their terms as directors and will not stand for re-election at the next annual meeting of stockholders.
