East West Banking Corp. said Jesus Roberto Reyes resigned as president and deputy CEO, effective Dec. 31.

Antonio Moncupa Jr., who is vice chairman and CEO, will assume title of president, effective Jan. 1, 2020, according to a Dec. 12 disclosure.

Mariza Arcilla, currently executive vice president and corporate banking head, will become a consultant on Jan. 1, 2020.
