Ronshine China prices US$200M senior notes offering

Chinese property developer Ronshine China Holdings Ltd. priced a US$200.0 million offering of 11.5% senior notes due July 3, 2020, at 98.177% of their principal amount, to raise approximately US$196.4 million in gross proceeds.

Interest on the notes is payable semiannually in arrears on July 3, 2019; Jan. 3, 2020; and July 3, 2020. The company aims to use the net proceeds to refinance its existing debt and expects the offering to close Jan. 3, 2019.

Guotai Junan Securities (Hong Kong) Ltd., Haitong International Securities Co. Ltd., The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corp. Ltd., Orient Securities (Hong Kong) Ltd., BOCOM International Securities Ltd., CMB International Capital Ltd., China CITIC Bank International Ltd., Admiralty Harbour Capital Ltd. and CNCB (Hong Kong) Capital Ltd. are the joint global coordinators, joint lead managers and joint book runners of the issuance.
