Southwest Securities raises 1B yuan via bonds

Southwest Securities Co. Ltd. raised 1 billion Chinese yuan via an issue of three-year bonds.

The bonds carry a 6.27% coupon, according to a Dec. 23 filing.

As of Dec. 25, US$1 was equivalent to 6.54 Chinese yuan.
