Financial Gravity Companies president/COO resigns

Debbie Buckner resigned as president, COO and a board member of Financial Gravity Companies Inc., effective Aug. 21.

On Aug. 27, Gary Nemer was appointed to the board to fill the position left vacant by Buckner.

Jennifer Winters was named corporate secretary on Aug. 27. She will also be executive vice president of the company.

Winters' career includes serving as chief compliance officer and executive vice president of Eqis Capital Management Inc. She is the spouse of Scott Winters, Financial Gravity Companies' CEO.

Winters takes over as corporate secretary from Paul Williams, who relinquished that role. Williams will continue as Financial Gravity Companies' vice chairman, CFO and treasurer.
