Swiss electronics company Garmin Ltd. on Feb. 20 said it acquired Trigentic AB for an undisclosed amount. Sweden-based Trigentic supplies digital components for boats and recreational vehicles and markets and sells under its EmpirBus brand.

Garmin plans to retain Trigentic's facility near Gothenburg, the statement added.
