Cokal Ltd. on Jan. 31 said long-term director Domenic Martino became nonexecutive chairman.

He replaces co-founder Peter Lynch, who died in a plane crash Jan. 26.

Martino will lead ongoing discussions to finalize the company's platinum debt conversion, among other things.

Cokal also said it added Garry Kielenstyn as a director in the company.

Kielenstyn has been COO since June 2016 and previously held the post of country manager/president director of Cokal's Indonesian subsidiary, PT Cokal.
