Fitch: Indonesia's Bank OCBC NISP to issue up to 2.2 trillion rupiah of bonds

Indonesia-based PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk is planning to issue senior unsecured bonds to raise up to 2.2 trillion rupiah.

The bonds have maturities of 370 days, two years and three years, Fitch Ratings said March 14. This will be the fourth tranche of notes to be issued under the bank's 8-trillion-rupiah second senior bond program.

Proceeds from the issuance will be used to support the company's business growth.

As of March 14, US$1 was equivalent to 13,738 Indonesian rupiah.
