Arthur J. Gallagher& Co. on April 5 announced the acquisition of Capitol Benefits Group.

Based in Oklahoma City, Capitol Benefits Group is an employeebenefits insurance broker that provides employee benefits insurance products andconsulting services to small and middle-market businesses and individual clientsthroughout the central U.S.

Charles Paine, Diane Paine and their team will continue to operatefrom Capitol Benefits Group's current location.
