Deckers Outdoor Corp. on June 15 appointed Steve Fasching as CFO, effective July 16.

Prior to his appointment, Fasching was the California-based footwear maker's senior vice president of corporate strategy, planning and investor relations.

He previously held senior finance-related roles at Princess Cruises Ltd., according to the release.

Fasching will replace Tom George, who announced his resignation in March.
