In addition, the company named Sandhya Malhotra as a nonexecutive independent director, while Lalitha Cheripalli was redesignated a whole-time director from a nonexecutive director. Cheripalli's redesignation is subject to shareholder approval.

The appointments and redesignation were effective May 30.
