Holly Energy Partners finalizes senior notes private placement, upsizes to $400M

and subsidiaryHolly Energy Finance Corp. finalized the terms of its upsized of $400 million of 6% seniornotes due 2024.

The partnershippreviously announced a $300 million private offering. The senior notes will be soldto eligible buyers and will initially be fully and unconditionally guaranteed byHolly Energy Partners' subsidiaries, other than Holly Energy Finance, accordingto a July 13 news release.

Net proceedswould be used to repay indebtedness under Holly Energy Partners' revolving creditagreement. The offering is scheduled to close July 19.
