Ensco Rowan changes dividend policy

Oil and gas drilling company Ensco Rowan PLC announced May 22 that it will not pay a regular quarterly cash dividend.

The reason for the change was not disclosed.

Before the completion of its merger on April 11, Ensco paid its shareholders a regular quarterly cash dividend of 1 cent per share while shareholders of Rowan Companies PLC did not receive a regular cash dividend.
