Systematix Corporate Services Ltd. appointed Nikhil Khandelwal as its managing director, effective Sept. 1.

The appointment is subject to approval of members at the upcoming annual general meeting, according to an Aug. 13 filing.

Khandelwal was also named additional director of the company.

Systematix Corporate Services offers investment management and advisory services in India's financial markets.
