Compass Group Diversified Holdings LLC CEO and director Alan Offenberg is retiring from the company.

He will leave May 2. Elias Sabo has been chosen to replace him as CEO, effective May 3. Sabo has also been appointed to the board.

Sabo was one of the founding partners of the company's manager, Compass Group Management LLC.

Compass Group Diversified Holdings and Compass Diversified Holdings LLC own and manage several middle market businesses. Compass Group Diversified Holdings provides debt and equity capital for its subsidiaries.
