Bain Capital Real Estate LP completed the sale of a core life science portfolio in North Carolina's Research Triangle in a roughly $405 million deal.

The 94%-leased portfolio totals 1.34 million square feet across 18 buildings on four campuses.

An affiliate of Longfellow Strategic Value Fund LLC is the buyer. Longfellow was Bain Capital Real Estate's operating partner on the portfolio since 2014.

Bain Capital Real Estate, formed in 2018, is the real estate investing business of Bain Capital LP.
