OGE, Oklahoma Gas and Electric extend revolving credit facilities

OGE Energy Corp. and its diversified utility Oklahoma Gas and Electric Co. extended the maturity dates on their respective $450 million revolving credit facilities to March 8, 2023, from March 8, 2022.

OGE and OG&E secured the credit facilities in March 2017, according to a March 14 filing, and have the option to extend the maturity of their credits twice for additional one-year periods.
