Kenneth Stecher, director and executive chairman of Cincinnati Financial Corp.'s board, informed the company that the effective date of his retirement from active employment will be Jan. 31, 2017.

Stecher will continue as a director and nonexecutive chairman of the company's board.

Further, Charles Stoneburner II, senior vice president of Cincinnati Insurance Co., told the company that the effective date of his retirement will be Jan. 6, 2017.
