Exelon shareholders elect directors

Exelon Corp.shareholders elected 13 directors to the company's board during their annual meeting,according to a Form 8-K filed April 29.

Each of Anthony Anderson, Ann Berzin, Christopher Crane, YvesC. de Balmann, Nicholas DeBenedictis, Nancy Gioia, Linda Jojo, Paul Joskow, RobertLawless, Richard Mies, John Rogers Jr., Mayo Shattuck III and Stephen Steinour willserve on the company's board as directors.

Exelon also amended its bylaws to provide proxy access for directornominations. As a result, any shareholder or group of 20 shareholders holding 3%of Exelon's outstanding stock for at least three years can nominate up to 20% ofthe company's board.
