French lender BNP Paribas SA issued two series of international bonds amounting to €1.5 billion, Cbonds reported May 16.
The first series amounts to €800 million and will mature May 22, 2023. The notes carry a floating-rate coupon equivalent to the three-month euro interbank offered rate plus 0.620%, according to Investopoli.
The second series amounts to €700 million and will mature Nov. 22, 2023. The notes carry a fixed-rate 1.125% coupon.
BNP Paribas served as book runner on the transactions.
