Banco Interamericano de Finanzas SA, or Banbif, said it placed $7.4 million in bonds after its Oct. 11 Series C offering, according to a securities filing.

Banbif said in total it received offers of $13.7 million.

The financial instruments are part of the Peru-based bank's second bond issuance program.
