Shinhan Financial Group Co. Ltd. unit Shinhan Bank Co. Ltd. signed a memorandum of understanding with Philippines' Metropolitan Bank & Trust Co. to collaborate on wholesale funding, trade financing, corporate banking and fund transfers, among others, according to a Jan. 10 news release.
