Gunpowder Capital Corp. unit GP Financial Services Corp. has acquired Alpha Invoice Inc. for C$5,000, according to an Oct. 10 news release.

Alpha is an online portal providing short-term financing solutions to businesses by factoring invoices. The company had unaudited revenues of approximately C$300,000 in 2017.
