Osisko Mining drills more bonanza gold at Windfall Lake

Osisko Mining Inc. said Aug. 9 that its ongoing 400,000-meter program at the Windfall Lake gold project in Quebec intercepted more bonanza gold grades and confirmed a 475-meter extension to the northeast of the Lynx corridor.

The company previously reported drilling bonanza gold grades at Windfall Lake in early and mid-May, when it also announced the discovery of the Lynx 4 zone.

The latest results include highlights of 379 g/t of gold over 2 meters, which included 1,260 g/t of gold over 0.6 meter, and 23.5 g/t of gold over 3 meters, both from the Lynx 2 zone of the high-grade Lynx deposit on the property.
