QBE North America launched a national excess property program with AmWINS Group Inc.'s AmWINS Special Risk Underwriters.

The program will be offered on a non-admitted basis, primarily targeting risks comprised of habitational, hospitality, retail and other soft occupancies, as well as manufacturing.

AmWINS Special Risk Underwriters was formed in 2008 as an exclusive managing general agent for AmWINS property brokers.
