Ascendas India Trust prices ¥5B notes

Singapore-based Ascendas India Trust priced its offering of ¥5.00 billion of 0.67375% series 008 notes due 2023.

The notes will be issued April 10 pursuant to the company's S$500.0 million multicurrency debt issuance program and will have a tenor of five years with interest payable semiannually.

Net proceeds from the offering will be used to refinance loans, to fund expected construction and for general corporate purposes.

The company appointed Citibank NA London branch as the issuing and paying agent, registrar and transfer agent for the offering. Mizuho Securities Asia Ltd. is the dealer.

As of March 19, US$1 was equivalent to ¥105.92 and S$1.32.
