AS Baltic International Bank said its deputy management board chairperson, Viktors Bolbats, is now leading the Latvian lender.
Additionally, Ilona Guchak, who serves as Baltic International Bank's management board chair, was named a member of the bank's supervisory board.
Both appointments were evaluated and approved by Latvia's financial and capital market commission. The changes reflect the bank's transformation process, which has been in place since 2017, allowing it to expand its business, enter new target markets and offer high-end financial services.
