Intesa Sanpaolo SpA issued €600 million in international bonds, Cbonds reported Dec. 20.

The notes will pay an interest rate equivalent to the three-month euro interbank offered rate plus 1.54% and will mature July 10, 2026.

Banca IMI served as the sole book runner on the deal.
