Swiss Re AG and its subsidiaries will adopt the International Financial Reporting Standards for its consolidated financial statements, effective Jan. 1, 2024.

Statements for periods ending on or before Dec. 31, 2023, will continue to be prepared under U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
