Texas' Centennial Bank names SVP; First Interstate BancSystem director resigning

* Centennial Bank named Christopher Salinas senior vice president and Boerne, Texas, market president.

The Lubbock, Texas-based bank is a unit of Commerce BancShares Inc.

* Theodore Williams is resigning as a director of First Interstate BancSystem Inc., effective upon the adjournment of the board's meeting March 22.

His resignation is not related to a disagreement with the Billings, Mont.-based company.

Williams has been a developer and manager of Thompson Creek Unit since 1998, and has acquired and managed multiple oil and gas properties throughout the Rocky Mountain region since 1988, SNL records show.

* Paris, Texas-based Liberty National Bank in Paris appointed Richard Cobb to its board, eParisExtra reported.

Cobb owns and operates Wabb Industries Inc., also known as K&B Steel in Clarksville, Texas.

Liberty National Bank is a unit of Paris Bancshares Inc.
