NFP Corp. has acquired property and casualty broker TC Insurance Services, effective Nov. 1.

TC Insurance Services, based just outside Las Vegas, offers commercial transportation insurance for small to mid-sized trucking and towing fleets in Texas, Nevada and surrounding states.

TC Insurance Services Principal Frank Maglalang will join NFP's P&C division as a vice president.
