Newark, Ohio-based Park National Corp. named Kelly Edds the new chief accounting officer and principal accounting officer of the company, as well as chief accounting officer of its unit Park National Bank, effective April 1.

Edds, who is a vice president in the accounting department of Park National Bank, will replace Matthew Miller, who was named executive vice president, effective April 1.
