Banco Supervielle shareholders approve 105.5M Argentine pesos capital hike

Banco Supervielle SA said its shareholders unanimously voted to approve a capital increase of up to about 105.5 million Argentine pesos.

The bank said it will issue up to 105,452,749 new ordinary class B shares at a subscription price of 25.61 pesos each.

For its contribution in the capital hike, parent company Grupo Supervielle SA will be entitled to receive 101,509,479 of the new shares, representing nearly 96.3% of the total amount.

As of Nov. 24, US$1 was equivalent to 17.37 Argentine pesos.
