US Steel extends US$1.5B credit facility to 2023

U.S. Steel Corp. said March 2 that it extended the maturity of its US$1.5 billion revolving credit facility to February 2023.

"This action marks another step in our disciplined strategy to enhance the capital structure of U.S. Steel," said Kevin Bradley, the company's executive vice president and CFO.
