Former Polish Finance Minister Stanisław Kluza was appointed chairman of the supervisory board at local asset manager Skarbiec Holding SA.

Bogusław Rajca was named vice president of the supervisory board of the company.

The company's shareholders also appointed Raimondo Eggink, Anna Milewska and Maciej Radziwiłł as members of the five-member supervisory board, the company said Dec. 10.
