Solar Alliance Energy Inc announced March 14 it will build a 2.4-MW commercial solar plant for an undisclosed customer.
The company has secured equipment and solar panels for the ground mount project located in the southeast U.S. Solar Alliance said it is the largest project it has sold so far.
Along with providing designing, engineering and construction services, Solar Alliance will also secure all required permits and licenses; procure all material including modules, inverters and transformers; provide workers; and provide on-site training of personnel on the safe operations and maintenance of the facility.
"Our engineering team has been working closely with the customer in order to deliver a project that reduces electricity costs, offsets fossil fuel use and delivers an economically attractive project," Chairman and CEO Jason Bak said in a news release.
The project is expected to reach completion during the third quarter of 2018.
