JPMorgan Chase, Intuit reach data sharing deal

JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Intuit Inc. signed an agreement to make it easier for Chase's customers to share financial data with Intuit's applications.

The two companies will use an application programming interface to download financial information into Intuit financial management tools, such as Mint, TurboTax Online and QuickBooks Online. Customers will no longer be required to use their Chase account credentials.

Chase is the U.S. consumer and commercial banking business of JPMorgan.
