S&P: Japan Housing Finance issues mortgage-backed notes

Japan Housing Finance Agency issues ¥50 billion of fixed-rate residential mortgage-secured pass-through notes, S&P Global Ratings said June 29.

The notes bear a coupon rate of 0.16% and are due May 2032.

As of June 29, US$1 was equivalent to ¥110.84.
