Apple completes $7B debt offering

Apple Inc. on Sept. 11 completed the issuance and sale of $7.00 billion of notes.

The offering comprised $1.00 billion in 1.700% notes due 2022; $750.0 million in 1.800% notes due 2024; $2.00 billion in 2.050% notes due 2026; $1.75 billion in 2.200% notes due 2029; and $1.50 billion in 2.950% notes due 2049.

The notes were sold following a Sept. 4 underwriting agreement among Apple and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, BofA Securities Inc. and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. as representatives of the several underwriters, according to an SEC filing.
