U.S. asset manager Platinum Equity LLC closed the acquisition of digital advertising firm Centerfield Media Holdings LLC for an undisclosed amount.

At the same time, Centerfield has closed the acquisition of Digital Ventures, a website operator with a focus on home security, residential services and senior services.

Financial terms of neither deal were disclosed.
