Banco da Amazônia SA named Valdecir José de Souza Tose as its CEO for a two-year term ending in 2020, according to a regulatory filing.
Tose, a former director of business infrastructure, had been serving as interim CEO since April, when Marivaldo Gonçalves was relieved of his duties at the state-owned bank by Brazilian President Michel Temer, on request, along with several public officials.
